Green Goddess Smoothie

There are only a few smoothie combinations that I truly like and this is one of them! Refreshing cucumber and lime, little bit of sweetness from the pear and just the right amount of spice from the ginger. I also always add ground flax seeds to all my smoothies because it’s such an amazing source of omega-3 fatty acids. This Green Goddess will make you feel instantly energized and hydrated.


Green Goddess smoothie

Total time: 10 minutes | Servings: 2 - 3

Ingredients:
1 pear
2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
1/4 of a whole cucumber
1 orange (peeled)
1 lime (juice)
Piece of ginger
Handful of spinach
1 tbsp ground flax
3 cups water (1 cup = 250ml)

Instructions:
Add everything to the blender and blend until nice and smooth.
