Training 2: Listen to your body
What is your body trying to tell you through the symptoms? Where do you need to focus your attention? Understanding the signals and knowing how to work with them is one of the key steps to healing.
Training 3: Optimize your daily habits
There is so much you can do to manage your symptoms, balance your hormones and heal your body. It’s the small things you do on a daily basis that make the biggest difference.
Training 4: Work with your menstrual cycle
